After an initial discussion, specific essential, carrier oils are chosen and used in combination with relaxing massage techniques to ease any tensions and address your concerns. Maternity Massage is for women in their second or third trimester and is designed to relieve specific aches and pains associated with pregnancy. This is carried out while lying on your side or back supported by suitable cushions and pillows. This pregnancy massage involves the massage of the back, legs and lymph drainage for swellings. Ideal for mothers-to-be of at least 12 weeks and is safe for you and your baby, enhancing peace and relaxation.

Sports massage will help prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries. Sports massage can help prevent those niggling injuries that so often get in the way of performance and achievement, whether a person is an athlete or a once a week jogger.
